I know it's not a fuschia, but what is it?

I was told the plant with the purply-pink flowers in this picture is a fuschia, but it obviously isn't. Does anyone know what it is?

Thanks, everyone!

Well, I've never had one.

But . . . Isn't it a New Zealand impatiens?

Try a google image search and see what you think.
