My garden

Thought I would share some photos of my garden I got started a little late this year. Broke my foot and had surgery on my leg so was out of the game for a little while.

Sorry but I'm not impressed. Your garden looks like a big white square with a red X in the top left corner. :P

Just kidding for some reason your pics aren't showing up. Here is the sticky on how to post pics if you need it.

Sorry, lol. I used that.... I posted from Photo bucket. I can see them but that doesnt help anyone else I guess, lol. Ill try something else. Let me know if this works if you would. This will be a direct link to photo bucket. I don't know what else to do unless the pics are just to big. Thanks.

Looking back at the pics they are all very big on the screen. Are they possibly to large?

Looks good to me. The last two years has been hared on us here. Constant 100 + degree days. We are just lucky it is still cooling off into the 70's at night. My Greenbeans just burn up and the leaves fall off.
I am really considering putting a screen over the garden next year.

I know what you mean. I have had issues with some of my raspberries and blueberry bushes this year. I think Ill add some shade for them next year to see if that helps. might keep some birds out too.

It works now of course I just had to get a new password HG kicked me off and wouldn't recognize my old password. I think there are still some bugs to work out.

But very nice, I like what you have done. You have a great piece of land there I am 100% jealous.

Good luck with the heat My garden is very different from last year. Some things just won't grow and some have died while others are kickin' butt and still others are just hanging in.

Looking really good to me. Especially with the foot problem. Nice piece of ground.

Yes it is visible but it is the thumbnail size. I have been sizing my photos to 800 pixels for use on the forums. Your first photos were at 1024x768 which is a bit large for forum use. For some time the standard was 640 pixels wide, but then monitors started coming with lots more capacity. Any way, do what works for you on your monitor and everyone else will adapt. Have a great day!

Thanks everyone! My garden is on the farm that I grew up on. I just purchased it and plan on moving next summer after the kids get finished with the school year. I can't wait to be there all the time. Luckily my mother is an awesome gardner and does a lot of the work while I am still injured. I did get to weed it yesterday. Wanted to get that done before the heat today.
