Plant Id Please- something from the planter box!

So we just moved into our lovely new home and I have started reclaiming the lovely planter box that I have now. So far there is quite a bit of mint and rosemary, so I'm not sure if this is a plant or a weed? I figure it could be either

It's a willowherb (Epilobium sp.). They're hard to ID to species so I can't be any more specific (har har). The only Epilobium I know to be somewhat weedy/invasive is fireweed, and this certainly is not that species. You're probably safe.
