Hello Everyone, I am new to your forum and look forward to all of the tips and help that can be found on a forum such as this. My Natal Plum tree which I have had for the past 4 or 5 years has recently begun to get blackish brown areas forming on its leaves and some of its outermost branches. I have rigoursly taken care of this tree making sure that the soil is always nice and damp and watering via the 2 time watering method (water once until water drains out the bottom. Dump the water out of the humidity plate and water again until the water comes out the bottom) and these spots are a totally new area. I have searched many different places and nothing has matched my problem. I have posted pictures below of what I am talking about trying to get a nice clear picture of the issue at hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to lose my tree.

I think u might be over-watering. This tree is from South Africa. I happen to have one myself and I never intentionally try to keep the soil damp. Rather, I let it dry out in between. Mine drinks water pretty fast so I find myself watering it every few days anyways I don't use the humidity tray. Btw, mine blooms rare white flowers in the summer time.
