climbing snapdragon question

So my climbing snapdragon vines that I started from seed are getting pretty tall already. Can I clip the top and get them to branch more or will that just stunt them?

Since no one had any thoughts, I guess I will just snip a few and see what happens. I've got a bunch of them.

I had to google climbing snapdragon vine. I've never heard of them. They are very attractive plants. Too cold where I am unfortunately.

I tried look them up and didn't find anything in my looking.
But I would try it that way cut the main tips and see if it will grow wide.
