Corn

Hi! I'm growing sweet corn and this is my first time growing corn. On all the websites I looked at they don't tell me where to position my corn. I have a 10x10 ft area to plant. How should I plant them? How far away from each other should I have them? How many? Also, are there any good sites or sources that can tell me how to plant corn? I appreciate it.

I've been looking into this my self but I've never planted corn. Here's what I plan from reading online.
Rows 2 ft across seeds 8 inches apart. 1-2 inches deep. If your planting just a little bit plant a block of it for better pollination. I think I want some more to see the plant grow so IDK if I will expect any ears from what I do. Good luck to you.

Dig deeeeeeeeeeeep in a 2 inch cell that I did corn in.
The root grew over a foot long......don't do corn in cells
The deeper you dig the more the roots can grow.

Thank for replying so quick. I use all the info you guys gave me and use it. I planted all the seeds today and I don't know how I would've been able to do it if you didn't give your help. Thank you so much!
