anyone know the name of this chilly pepper?

Haven't touched them but my mom said they were spicy about 5, habaneros been 10 and bells been 1 if that makes sense

No idea. Where did your mom get them? You can check out some pepper sites and look at pics and see if you can find any that look like yours. I have seen these peppers before just don't know/remember the name.

Not saying that's what they are, but some of my "runt" jalapeños look like that too.....

That is what I was thinking. My jalapeno plants are getting very long in the tooth and the older they have gotten and with cooler temperatures, my peppers are staying pretty small and look very much like those shown.

well I'm going to go with that, I'm trying to plant it, but want the name of it, so when it gives out fruit, I know how to collect the seeds as.
