Planted a 25 foot row of yellow beans and sunflowers!

I planted the row about 45 days ago!The beans are reay to eat and the sunflowers are 3 feet high! Both seem to be perfect. The beans are being shaded by the sunflowers. Now when the beans are done I will ahve a whole row of beautiful mixed sunflowers to end the year! Climbing beans work also as do peas! The sunflowers are great for the compost fo not only greens but solid material!

Neat!

I planted some peas on July 4. They are just now coming on. They did not get as tall as spring planted peas, but they are tasty.
