Carnation seedlings..with pictures

I'm happy to see my carnation seedlings are growing well. They're 7 weeks old now and decided to keep them in pots but when will they bloom? Do I need to fertilize them? any advice? I'd say yes- do fertilize them. I always start feeding my seedling when they have two true leaves.
