Cantaloupe Container

I need something for an indoor enviroment for a Cantaloupe patch to grow in. Any Ideas of what type of container I should use? They will be under a 400 W hps with full ventilation.

Thanks

Hi Frank,

You could grow melons in just about anything that will hold soil and provide drainage. You can use tubs, 3 or 5 gallon buckets, half whiskey barrels, etc. Here's a couple of sites about growing veggies in containers with some helpful info on container sizes for different veggies and fruits.

You are so very welcome! I just love fruit salad with melons, so grow some extra for me!
