Anasazi Beans, anyone?

So, my F-I-L gave me a bag of Anasazi beans which, I'm sure, he intended I should cook and eat.

So I planted a few.

I wasnt sure, since they were packed to eat, what the germination rate would be, whether or not I should soak them first... So I soaked half and left the other half unsoaked. The germination rate seems about 50/50 right now, with no difference to be seen between soaked & unsoaked beans.

My only question, since the internet seems to be confused, is whether these are pole beans or bush beans? Anyone grown them and able to tell me what they might do in my garden? :)

Awesome, thanks so much! I'm looking forward to planting them and watching them grow. :)
