what do the letters on seeds stand for

ok so I am looking for disease and heat resistant seeds and on this site I am seeing some letters at the end of descriptions that I don't know what they are, like this one has F, PM, I saw another with OP that I figured out stood for open pollinator.

Is there some site that will tell me what all these things mean??

also am I really going to have to pay a ton for resistant seeds, these things are expensive, some costing over $5 for just 10 seeds.

just found another that says F2, PM1.

F stands for Fusarium and PM for Powdery Mildew. The numbers indicate different strains. When those codes are present, it means the particular variety is resistant to those diseases.

I didn't find a key on the website, It had a link saying click symbols for more into but not all the symbols were click-able and when I did click them, most of the time they did nothing

lol, just renewed it, I also back up all my files on an external hard drive. I have learned the hard way, a fire heading in the direction of your house is not the time to think about you computer, now it's all on the external and I only have to grab that,

Supposedly they've gotten a lot better. I believe it was PCMagazine that voted them no 1. anti-vir for 2011. However, I've heard that in can be more than the average computer user needs.

McAfee is also supped to be simple but very good.

...I'm getting off-topic.

To those gardeners who aren't very tec-savy, don't spray your computer with a 1-3 polluted solution of milk and water if you get a message saying you have a virus .
