I know you said not too long ago you were ready to get going with gardening, but that is breathtaking. Not everyone has a view like that. I know it is cold, I doubt this Florida girl could handle it, but it certainly looks like a postcard picture.

What a beautiful site, jal. Breathtaking. Here in Alabama we had the rare White Christmas for the first time in years. Happy New Year, I have the onion bulbs in the ground ready to go.

I garden in a small city lot in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My saving grace is that I can walk to Lake Michigan if I need to drink in a view.

Jal, you are so lucky to be surrounded by mountains like that! That picture of the town nestled in the mountain valley looks just like a Hallmark card.

I know that's why your plants do so well...they have such a great view! Well, that and the fact that you are pretty skilled gardener .

I'm not sure what I'm more jealous of.....the view or the snow!!
Anyone wants to send their snowstorm my way, we need about another 12" for the trails to reopen I miss my snowmobile! Winter really sucks without something to do....
