leaf mold

I think I have leaf mold on my indoor tomatoes, they're all fruiting now with Principe Borghese toms being host to the fungus while San Marzanos show no sign.

I did a lot of research and learned that I should pick out infected leaves and leave room for air circulation. I did that but its still spreading, what worked for you? I'm getting very frustrated and I don't know what to do

*The white powdery substance in the photos is Diotemacious Earth that I dusted for a breif whitefly problem. The sticky webby residue is an organic fungucide I naively sprayed thinking it would take care of the leaf mold.

This is one of the most infected plants, (the only that had whiteflies) I moved it away from the rest and removed all leaves with signs of mold.

I hope I don't have to do this again

The problem started with the whiteflies, could they be the cause of the leaf mold entering my greenhouse?

please help me understand/overcome this problem

good suggestion from marlin-g. And yes, the whiteflies could bring the fungus with them. The whiteflies secrete a sticky substance called honeydew which makes a good growing medium for the fungus.

Thanks Marlingardener and rainbowgardener . I will try the baking soda spray today.

-does this mean I cant use the same soil next year?

That doesnt sound too hard!
The problem is almost over I rarely find affected leaves anymore. Maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought.. (I'm changing up the soil next time anyway; I found a nursery that makes great compost that I plan to mix in with my soil)
