New here- Got a few ?

Hey City,

I'm new here, this site looks nice and I thank you for letting me join.

Anywho- I was wondering if there is a plce where you can post your garden on this forum? If not it would be cool for people to be able to keep a grow journal.

Also I notice in a lot of the threads people don't post too many pics, why is this? - I just would love to see more pics.

Whats the history of this forum? Time in existence? Users? Avg. Daily Posts?

Who are the mods/admins here?

Welcome aboard Cheeba! :)

A grow journal sounds like an interesting idea. Feel free to PM me more information about that.

We've been around for several years. The forum and the site was founded by myself and a nurseryman and Master Gardener. We started this one with an emphasis on creating a community of helpful gardeners where we can share tips and experiences with each other online in a friendly environment.

People do post photos and are welcome to do that from the numerous forum image hosting sites.

Hope to see you around!

;)

Thanks,

I'll get back to you with the grow journal

Sounds like you guys are established- but still relatively new, which is good.

I'm glad to be here and hope to be an active member :D

Well, you've been great so far Cheeba. It's good to have you around.

We really try to advocate on behalf of organic techniques and I'm slowly trying to advocate on behalf of permaculture as well.
