green crawlies on herbs

I have some green inch worm type things getting fat on my mint and basil. Gourmet little buggers! I was out today with soapy water spritz, hose etc.

Am picking tomorrow for restaurant and me. I do wash ie put in water bath, check, pat dry with clean tea towel.

Due to other things on my plate, hadn't been checking as regular as I should. And they moved in!
