Wormery

I'm thinking of getting a wormery and wondered if anyone had got one, are they successful or whats the best one to get :?:

I have 3 composters of various sizes and sorts but would like to try a wormery as I like the fact you can recycle cooked food and apparantly get liquid fertilizer as a result :D

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Hi Zookeeper,

I have never tried to grow worms, but here's some sites that should be helpful.
https://www.wormwoman.com/acatalog/vermicomposting.html
https://www.wormdigest.org/
https://www.yelmworms.com/

Btw, it's called vermiculture or vermicomposting and a google search should find you lots of good info. :)

Thanks all for your comments and suggestions :D

I have been looking into getting one for the last few months as I do hate throwing away waste food and this seemed a good solution!

But iv yet to find anyone thats actually got one up and running and the responsibility of 1000 worms, even tho iv have read alot about them is putting me off taking the plunge
