Ixia Viridiflora & Lachenalia viridiflora?

Hey every1! Tis' me again ;p

So I have ordered these seeds online and decided to see if anyone here has any tips or advice for me on them. I've done quite a bit of research online but was just wondering if anyone on the forum had any personal experience with either of them. Thanx! :D

I grew Ixia one year from corms/bulbs. But I lost track of them and left them in the ground. They need to be dug up when they go dormant for the summer (like ranunculus) otherwise they'll rot. I have had better luck naturalizing freesia.

Wow! Wasn't someone looking for blue green/aqua colored flowers for a wedding a while ago?

Must not have seen the turqoise wedding post = / otherwise I would have suggested these to them but they are super rare and I dunno if they would be able to gather enough for a wedding :| Thanks for the tip to dig them up every summer during dormancy. I'm gunna do my best to keep them going as long as I possibly can.. they are so beautiful. But I can see how you could lose track of them... wonder if there is some way not to lose track of them other then labeling sticks.
