Lemon Tree Problems

We just took our mature tree out of a greenhouse where it lived all winter. It's been back in our yard for about a month or so. Today I noticed that the tiny lemon fruits that formed have turned black and fallen off!!!
Any advise??? Thanks!

Without more information, it's almost impossible to render a decent opinion:

--where do you live?
--how much sun does the tree receive?
--what variety of lemon tree is it?
--was it brought from 100% greenhouse to 100% outdoors in one day?
--how has it been watered in its two lives?
--how big is the tree and how big is its container?

etc.

Thanks for the interest in my posting, Cynthia.

When home, the tree is lightly watered daily and fed with an organic mixture about once every two weeks.
We live in PA and it receives full sunshine all day.
It was not given food while in the greenhouse.
It's four years old and is a Meyer lemon and is app. two feet tall.
We placed it directly outside upon returning home.

Appreciate any insights we can get!
