Help--Vine ID

Last year I planted a beautiful vine on either side of my garage window. This year one has died and one is thriving. I can't remember the name of the vine or where I got it.
The best I can remember of the description is it is "Chinese" something. It has delicate leaves, small white-to-pink flowers in the spring, somewhat fragrant. It grows to a height of 10 ft.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Could be the soil, could be watering regime. Might also be a fungal infection of some sort.

If the flowers hang off in bunches, it could be a chinese wisteria.
