I'm new to Bonsai and I have no idea what kind of bonsai...

I don't know what kind of bonsai this is? Can I please get some help. I also don't know what the proper care instructions are for my bonsai is. I feel like I got myself into something crazy.

Definitely a Juniper of some kind. Procumbens? Not sure about the cultivar. It's gonna wanna be outside in a fairly sunny position.. If the little pebbles on top of the soil appear to have been glued into place you'll want to remove them.
