Sorry Sage, didn't see this thread first time around.

OK, third one is either Henbit or Deadnettle.
Purple flowers are violets. The Yellow one after that - the flower looks violet-like but the leaves do not.
The one after that is May Apple (I'm pretty sure)

Don't know what the yellow sideways flower cluster is, but the next yellow ones in the dry grass look like Marsh Marigold.

Don't know what kind of ferns.

Last one, I'm pretty sure, is Scarlet Pimpernel (always makes me think of a TV show by that name).

Oh! Oh! I *almost* know the first one. I'm going to have to go look it up. I swear I know that one though... Those hyacinth-like flowers belong to the strappy leaves right?

2nd flowering tree with the bee I'm pretty sure is Wild Black Cherry (Prunus serotina?)

Ground white flower is Lily of the Valley. (But *I* want to know what those interesting leaves in front of them are! )

The pink one I don't know. Could it be some kind of young Robinia? But the leaves don't look right (they should be in paired rows). The pairs of flower buds are darling! Will they open into legume-like flowers or trumpet shaped flowers? The buds (and the leaves to some extent) also remind me of honeysuckle, but I only have the vine-type around here -- can it be a bush honeysuckle?

The yellow violet-like flower in the first series -- I believe it IS some kind of Yellow Violet. There are several species: "Round-Leaved Yellow Violet (Viola rotundifolia)" -- also called "smooth Yellow Violet", "Wild Yellow Violet or Canary Violet" (Viola praemosa) with hairy leaves, Viola biflora "Yellow Wood Violet/Twoflower Violet", etc.

Please take your time in identifying the first one, it will come to you. A tree branch crushed this bush I am surprised it lived.
2nd one is Rum Cherry! ^^
3rd one is Lily of the Valley (Convallaria majalis)!

Pink one it grows over my head. I will try and get a better photo of the trunk. I'm not sure what happens with them or if they drop off legumes.

Thanks for the help. When I make some rum or jam I'll send you some if its any good.

Your mayapple ain't; it's a trillium of some sort...

Pretty sure your lilac is an invasive; [url=https://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=LOTA]Lonicera tartarica[/url], a bush honeysuckle of the Russian steppes...

I think your unID'd shrub is a currant; watch those berries...

Right AS; see how the fruit on the mayappple hangs below, and the seed pod on the trillium (probably wake-robin) is above? And the three (tri as in trillium) leaves?

The photo ID game is a hard one; I just have decades of practice...

That grass with blue flowers is Blue-eyed Grass (Sisyrinchium spp.). I have them too, though likely not the same species as yours: https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=136247#136247

The yellow flower above the buttercup is some kind of Potentilla.

I like the orange/red flower -- that's the anemone? And the waves of purple!

I LOVE your wildflower meadows! I'm trying to convert a tiny patch (ralatively speaking, as compared to yours) of lawn into what you have . I'll get there eventually.

Hermit, I have ID's for some of them, but I can't think of a good way to point them out without quoting and repeating the images which I don't want to do. Why don't you go back and number them or something so I can say "(3) is" or "(B) is" ...

Or I can just say -- fern with white flowers is yarrow.
I see Silene (fly catcher) right after those daisy-like flowers, and some flowers from a carrot family for sure because those white umbell flowers look exactly like the carrot flower photo I posted. Yellow flowers after "astronomically..." comment is Yellow Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis) -- I let one grow out in a flower bed and it's now over 5 feet tall Those irises in the water is most likely Iris versicolor.

I don't get the "curiosity killed the applestar" comment ???

you asked what that was by the lily of the valley and I kept thinking about you every time I see it. I divided them up into white/ yellow - red/ purple. I hope that is enough. Waiting on my Sprea Alba Medow Sweet to pop up.

I LIKE those yellow and tangerine flowers! I believe it's an Antirrhinum (snapdragon) but a perennial one or self seeding annual?

Purple one is Lupine, probably wild, with the classic palm like leaves.

The last two are Felis catus of the domestic variety though I'm unsure of the specific name....
