PARADE CLIMBING ROSE

Can someone let me know where I can buy "Parade Climbing Rose.
I saw one here in a park in Washington DC and just loved it.

I cannot find anyone selling them on line.

I just bought one.
I may consider another one for my arbour.

I heard that that the new Dawn also a good one but have not seen that in person like parade.
