Flowering Rhubarb

I planted two rhubarb plants last spring and let them be all last year, they have come back beautifully this year, but I have a question, I noticed a large clump of what seems to be a bunch of flowers coming up from the middle of the plants. Should I cut it off? Or should I leave it be since it is only it's first FULL year in the ground? Thanks!

I think it doesn't matter if you cut it or leave it. The part of the plant you want to harvest (the stems) is already formed. It is time to harvest. Take what you want and let the plant do its thing the rest of the season.
