Desease (resin) at sweet orange trees

I am already member a lot of time but I don't know where to put this topic.
Some sweet orange trees in my garden have wounds on the trank. At the points where the tree have the wounds come out resin.

Which forum is suitable for this topic ? PLEASE tell me!

I'm not experienced with citrus trees, but hopefully, others who are will come around to help. :wink:

Thank you applestar!

The desease is called "Phytophthora Gummosis". I read that it is a fungi which attacks to the citrus and specially the sweet orange.

Does anybody knows how to face this problem ? If anybody had the some problem please tell me something
