White grapes will they start growing again?

Will these start growing again or did I get them to late? There's just a little bit of green on the upper part of the stems. The picture isn't very good.

They are in bad shape for sure, But if those stems are green under the surface and flexible, not brittle, the plant isn't completely dead yet. I bought an avocado tree this spring. It went through more frost than it liked and I thought it was dead. The main stem did die, but it sent up new shoots from the roots. Yours might too....

I'm happy to report that when I looked at the grapes this morning, that they have made a comeback. Each one of them has a leaf towards the top of the stem with green buds forming along the stems.
