Newbie question about brown spots

My grapes keep getting these brown spots on them and eventually killing the grape. What is it and how do you get rid of it?

Looks like Black Rot fungus. As with many fungi, the best cure is prevention. Sanitation, removing all diseased fruit and leaves after the season is over and during the growing season as well. Make sure there is good air circulation. Wet leaves and fruit invite fungal growth. Early in the growing season as soon as any fugal growth is noted treat with a fungicide listed for grapes and Black Rot. It will most likely take several applications to ward off the disease.

Grapes might do better if you espalier them and prune them to maximize air circulation. Bordeaux mixtures were initially created for treating vineyards.
