I planted my first-ever grape plant last

I'm new to grapes. Have planted my first-ever grape plant in my garden last month. Pls advice how best do I care for it in Delhi (india).
The plant is aprox 14 inches in height.
Currently I have used cowdung manure and want to keep it organic.

Hi Bbb,
First...prepare some form of support for your vine after you've decided what room you have for it, post and wires or perhaps an arch.
Don't over do the dung. Vines should be made to dig deep with their roots and they don't need too rich a soil. Shallow rooting from rich soil or over watering can bring the vine very quickly to stress in dry times.
As a rule only let two or three shoots develop and train these as the leaders of your vine, off which the cropping side shoots will develope.
So spend this year getting your vine into the correct shape that you want it to be.
