what is happening to these grape leaves?, can I still treat them?

probably some kind of mildew/fungal issue (grapes get them a lot)...but it doesn't look bad at all. not sure about treatment, but there probably is something you can do.

Probably the safest so near to harvest would be sodium bicarbonate...baking powder.... it's quite effective as a fungicide.
