This time of year you are not going to get much new leaf forming anyway Urbansage.
The most common problem on grape leaf is powdery mildew. This fungus infects the leaf and often then other pathogens gain access to the leaf and it dies.
Plenty of air movement around the plant is essential to help.keep the disease at bay. There are several organic sprays you can use ...check your local garden centre for what's available. The problem is that the fungus can infect the forming grape clusters in the spring and summer and severely damage the crop so it must be kept under control.
Your vine should produce fruit next year on the side shoots that will grow next spring.
Good luck.
