Wild Grapes - What to Make with Them?

Just discovered a bounty in the formerly weed-covered area my goats just cleared :)
(Definitely earning their keep, those 2!)

So... what to do with them?

Little vino? Some Jelly?
Anyone made either and had good luck?

I'm really surprised the goats didn't eat them as they have decimated my domestic grape vine on the other side of the property... (in an area they are not supposed to be loose in!!! but tell them that  )

little vino's my vote - it wouldn't even have to be grape-based...those wild grapes harbor amazing amounts of wild yeasts for starting a fermentation project - or even sourdough.

Becareful they may not be wild grapes of an edible type anyway. There a couple of other possibilites and the fact the the goats didn't eat them makes me wonder if it is the other nondesireable plants.

The plant could have came up after the goats where there, you may want to check into American Black Currant-'Ribes americanum'. They have the appearance of being a grape vine. Growing habitat is bottomlands, slopes and openings in the woods. They grow up into canada way.
