Need HELP with Concord Grapes

Hello:
I am wondering if anyone has encountered the issue I am having with my grape vine. The vine is growing strong and it looked like I was get ALOT of grapes coming through, but this morning when I went to water them it looks like they are dying off. I've included a picture. Is this normal?? Any help or advice you can offer would be great.

I see some blossom drop and that is normal. If the weather is a little off and the bees don't fly well not all of the blossoms will set. Also how much are you watering and how hot is it? Grapes generally once they are established are not watered continuously during the summer, they grow well in places like Italy and Isreal, neither known for excessive moisture.

It has been very hot lately (90 degrees F) and I try to water them often in this heat. Once in the morning before I go to work and once in the evening when I come home. The vine itself is growing beautifully but it's not bearing any fruit.
