Purchased grape vines, sprouting

I bought 3 grape vines today, a red, a green, and a black.

I looked for some that had no leaves yet, but they are all inside warm stores. I am now wondering what to do. I know grape vines are hardy here, there are vineyards, that you can see from the highways.

But, these are used to warm temps, and it is not past the frost free here, so do I hold them, try to harden them off, or prune off the leaves to keep them from dying anyhow?

I am keeping them as cool as I can. Without putting them outside.

I would just plant them in some pots. Something big enough to hold them over till it's time to plant.
