Unusual fungi

This is growing in a raised bed I built a few months back. It looks and feels like pasta

I used a product from Home Depot that is designed for raised beds that had a high rating.

Any idea what this is? It

It’s a fungus/mushroom growing on the Decomposing woody mulch/shredded wood. Not sure what kind. Obviously don’t try to eat and wash hands after handling just to be careful. In most cases though, fungus growing in bagged stuff are harmless unless — even intentionally seeded for better wood decomposition and added healthy soil — unless you Have specific mold or spore allergies.

Typically, fungi will shrivel and die in the sun. Mix up the material to break up the white network of mycelial growth (“roots”)

I had the exact same mushrooms come up years ago when I bought some bags of compost and other soil additives from Home Depot. They were of no consequence. Turn over or rake back into the ground and they are gone.
