Are These Shitaki Mushrooms?

new to mushroom logs. I have a log I onulated with shitaki plugs. The pictures I sent is what is growing on the log. Are they shitakis. Thanks

Not expert at all, but it does look shiitake-like to me. It looks a bit overripe. You want to pick when the edge of the cap is still a bit rolled down. This one looks like you picked it after too mature and after the cap got soaked — rain? Heavy dew?
