Mushrooms in my potted soil

Any clue what these are and are they harmful?

if you have compost in the potting soil and it has been very wet, fungus will grow and feed on the decaying matter. However, if your potting mix is staying that wet, the leaves of your plant do not look good, the roots may be rotting. I would repot into a drier mix and a pot with better ventillation.
