The marauding angel & devil duck gang

My eldest (SIC) has a neighbor who has sort of abandoned her mixed flock of ducks. The white (angel) ducks are Long Islanders, the brown patch work (Devil) Muscovy ducks make up the majority of the flock.

SIC has already taken two ducks who refused to leave her home. After chasing them for several circuits inside the house with a broom, a baseball bat made them fit into the soup pot nicely.

Today Daffy the elder drake is sitting hall monitor duty over his duck roosting on a clutch of eggs in the front flower-bed. I dunno if they will become omelettes, or not. More as I learn it.

So the neighbor's ducks come to dinner? Fresh delivery of meats. That is funny (in a gruesome kind of way -- I'm in a weird mood today  )

So far, and I have to stress the 'so far' part. The ducks are breeding faster than the local opossum, raccoon, mink, coy, fisher-cat, and fox are eating them.
