pepper plants curling leaves

good day,
can some give me some advice. I have these hot pepper plants but they recently started looking like this. not sure what it is.There isnt any fugus underneath leaves, so I'm a bit confused. I currently have them in a dutch bucket configuration and are watered three times per day as I live in the caribbean.these are my second plants. my first ones did really well. some help will be greatly appreciated.
