Is this Mosaic Virus on my Ghost Pepper?

Got this Ghost Pepper already started off at Home Depot. Brought it home and put it in a bigger pot until I move it into my raised bed. I watered it pretty good the other day and have left it outside the last couple of days, but it’s been pretty cloudy. I’m not sure if I over watered it or if it has Mosaic Virus. It doesn’t seem like aphids are on the leaves when I look but I’m not sure if they could be too small to see? Anyone have any ideas?

Nope, puckering and stippling is usually a sucking pest either aphids or thrips.

Mosaic virus typically shows a mosaic pattern on the leaves. They will look really abnormal. Color breaks are common.

Pepper viruses will show up in new leaves after they are infected and they cannot be cut out.
