Sunlight vs LED

Hello there. I'm trying to figure out why the plant on window sill is growing side shoot leaves but the plant under led is not. The led is supposed to have the same spectrum as the sun. Is it because the sun hits the plant sideways and led is above plant all the time?

Both plants are same age.

I think significant difference is in the intensity. Then there are warmth and actual spectrum which usually is limited in artificial lighting, no matter what they tell you.

Thanks for reply. The 2 lights are set on full spectrum but I guess there is no substitute for real sunlight. The window sill gets about 5-6 hours direct sunlight. The led are on for at least 11.
