I am currently growing a few peppers inside over winter, with hopes they'll be healthy and strong to put outside once summer arrives.
However, I had an idea about cross breeding and wondered if anyone had experience in this area. My idea was crossing a super hot like a ghost/scorpion/reaper with a pepper like a bell pepper. I would have the hopes of breeding so the result is a big bell pepper sized super hot. I know cross breeding is about like a lottery with genetics and numerous generations are required to see any stability.
Just curious if anyone had done something like this, or would have any expertise on how to more accurately attempt to create a pepper with these specifications.
