Any ideas on whats wrong with my pepper plants?

Can anybody tell me what's going on with my pepper plants, the bottom leaves are curling on a couple plants. I just watered them today for the first time in a while. Other than that they seem to be healthy. Is this normal on lower leaves? Thanks all

To me the yellowing leaves and spotting leaves look like they are getting some kind of fungal infection. Pepper's don't get them as dramatically as tomatoes, but they should be treated similarly, and infected lowest leaves should be cut off and disposed of.

There is some puckering in the leaves too. Stressed plants are often attacked. But I have to say they look pretty good to me. They do need regular water and in the heat especially with less rain and a lot of dust, you need to be on the look out for mites.
