Can anyone identify this pepper? https://prntscr.com/cmccpi

The leaves have white variegations? Fish peppers are like that, but the fruits are not so curved. When the peppers were green, did they have white streaks on them?

No, they didn't have any stripes when green.

Hmmm.... I don't think the white patterns on the leaves are quite the same as Fish, though plants with less amount of variegation overall do produce all green fruits.

Are those leaves really variegated or is it something else? Is the plant healthy?

Did you taste the pepper? Was it hot? (Most ornamental types are hot)
Learning never ends because we can share what we've learned. And in sharing our collective experiences, we gain deeper understanding of what we learned.
