Pepper problems (leaves browning/drying)

Hello fellow gardeners!

Having some problems with my pepper plant and looking for some advice on what might be going on. I bought the plant at Home Depot and it was GLORIOUS! Leaves where dark green and spotless with little peppers starting to form. Its been about 2 weeks and its looking rougher and rougher with dry brown spots forming at all levels, and along both the edges and in the middles of the leaves, as while the peppers are also showing brown areas. Its get tons of heat and light, and watered daily... About ever two weeks I give it a watering with a 15-15-30 dissolved vegetable fertilizer. See pics attached, hope someone can give me some insight to whats going on.

Is the spot where you put the peppers windy and did you harden them off? The pepper looks dry, Is the pot drying out fast?

The sunken area on the leaf and the pepper looks like sunburn turning a bit necrotic
The tears in the leaf could be from pests but the jagged edges look more like wind damage.

the pepper looks a bit schrivieled like water is uneven.
