Leaves curling/shriveling

So my bell plants were doing great, checked them this morning and found this one looking bad! The leaves were a *bit* curled last night too. Last night they were sprayed with some Epsom salt mixture, which didn't seem to affect most of my other plants like this. Any ideas on what could've gone wrong? Thanks!

Some of the soil looks a little dry.... Is inadequate watering a possibility? Did he get bumped or pinched? How's he looking today?
