sprouting carolina reapers

I have four carolina reapers that have just popped out of the soil. Germinating indoors in 4 oz cups. cups are in trays with dome on top. potting mix. good temp, good moisture. problem is, they have sprouted. They are standing about half inch above soil. but, the seeds are still attached to the tops. Is this normal?

Yep. They will fall off.

Thanks. Do you think I should put them under my lights now? Or keep them in dome tray until seed falls off?

I usually remove them from the dome once they have germinated.
