Pepper Thrips

My peppers were fine, but at the last plant sale some donated habanero peppers are showing signs of young tips puckering and distorting. I have pinched off the tops of all of the peppers I noticed it on.
Peppers are so slow to grow, I don't know if it will be enough. There are about 50 of them so if I can I want to try to save them, but I also don't want it to spread. Normally, I do not spray the herbs.

What can I use or should I just cut my losses and throw them out? I can only use sulfur, oil, insecticidal soaps, water and culling.

What about predatory mites? Can you obtain them?

The plants are in a shadehouse so it is actually a problem when anything gets inside. We had a whitefly infestation and we had to dip everything in insecticidal soap and throw a few things out of the shade house.
