Possible pest. Or disease. Need help.

Hey. I'm a bit new to gardening. I grow Indoors and outdoors. One of my best jalapeño plant. The soil dried out a bit. Gave it a good watering and she came up great. Today I noticed a leaf drooping. Did not look right upon further inspection came upon this.
Looks like eggs or maybe a disease .

Here's a few pics
Thanks for helping out. I need a more experienced gardener a help. I'm scared it will spread to other plants.

I think they are insect eggs. Maybe leafhoppers?

Just pull that leaf up and crush the eggs.

Thanks for the suggestion helped me figure it out. It was a tree hopper called Entylia carinata. It laid eggs on leaf. I actually spotted 2 hoppers on the plant. I was able to find out the type of bug I saw find a picture and put a name to it. Then I stumbled upon a few pictures of eggs and bug.
Thanks for the help

Hi, I think I'd remove the affected leafs if they aren't many. Yes, looks like eggs. Let us know how this comes out.

By your name sounds like you're very into peppers, how many types have you planted this year? Thanks.

Richard
