Pimento pepper question

This is my first time growing pimentos and I have quite a few. I've never knowingly tasted them. Any suggestions other than cheese? Are them sweet?

I have never done that type before but that said most of my sweet peppers end up sliced and grilled with onions butter salt. They are so good. Come to think of it my hot peppers are the same just with garlic added

Last time I ate them I stuffed them with minced chicken breast and put them in the oven, it tasted great.
