My little harvest yesterday

This is really my first big picking from a total of 3 bell plants, 2 jalapeno plants, and 2 hot banana plants. I had previous canned a couple jars of jalaps and bananas, and used 3 or 4 big bells in the kitchen. This batch made four 8 oz jars of pepper jelly, 2 big jars of pickled jalaps, and 2 big jars of pickled bananas.

Nice! I've had a similar harvest. I only wish sweet peppers would ripen faster.
